Using our website and working with us
These terms apply to standardsoftware.io and to early conversations with Standard Software Solutions. We build custom software, test automation, AI automation, and web solutions for small and mid-sized businesses. Client projects may have their own proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, or invoice terms. If a signed project agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls for that project.
1. Website use
You may browse the site, read our service pages, and contact us about a project. Do not attack the site, scrape it at abusive rates, submit spam, upload malware, impersonate someone else, or use our forms for unlawful activity.
2. No accounts, checkout, or instant service purchase
Standardsoftware.io is an informational and lead-generation website. We do not offer public user accounts, self-serve subscriptions, online checkout, or payment processing through this site. Sending a contact form starts a conversation; it does not create a client relationship by itself.
3. Estimates, proposals, and project work
Any estimate we discuss before a signed agreement is based on the information available at the time. Custom software and automation work often changes as requirements become clearer. Final scope, pricing, schedule, deliverables, ownership, support, and payment terms should be written into a proposal or agreement before work begins.
4. Your materials and access
If you give us content, business data, credentials, test environments, API keys, brand assets, or access to third-party tools, you confirm that you have the right to share them with us for the project. You are responsible for the accuracy of the materials you provide. Please use a secure channel for sensitive credentials and do not place secrets in the public contact form.
5. Our website content
The text, graphics, service descriptions, logos, page designs, and other materials on this site belong to Standard Software Solutions or our licensors. You may link to our pages and share short excerpts with attribution. Do not copy the site, reuse our branding, or republish large portions of it without written permission.
